- We are currently seeking a full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist at our Waltham location. Candidates should possess the appropriate clinical competence for an orthopedic and sports medicine setting. We offer a competitive salary package including but not limited to health insurance, continuing education reimbursement, APTA dues, MA state license fee and 401K after one year. We are also currently offering a sign on bonus. In this role, you would work with an experienced staff in an interactive mentoring/learning environment. Additionally, you would have opportunities to work closely with referring physicians and observe day surgery. Our continuing education program includes a monthly journal club/in-services and annual continuing education allowance.

Candidates should possess appropriate clinical skills for an orthopedic setting and interpersonal skills necessary to work with varying age groups. A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is desired. Candidate should hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In this role, you will prepare and administer heat and ice therapy, guide patients through specified exercise programs, and maintain and organize treatment areas. Additionally, you will have opportunities to participate in our monthly trainings alongside our experienced staff and gain invaluable experience as you work closely with clinicians to help provide excellent care to patients of all ages in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
